Sustaining Homes, Buildings and the Environment

GEMs experience first hand the importance of the physical sustainability of homes. Site visits enable the study of retrofit and new build, plus a comparison between countries. The lived experiences of residents and communities are reviewed along with financial and resourcing considerations. Working in teams, GEMs must rise to the GEM Challenge which engages them in developing and presenting innovative ideas to senior executives and sustainability experts.
