I am GEM Relations Business Lead and joined the team in June 2018. I was previously employed in Education at the Chartered Institute of Housing and have been a friend of The GEM programme since 2012, when I approved GEM to deliver the L4 Certificate in Housing, so I’ll leave you to decide if one ‘friend’ would do that to another!
I’m a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing with 38 years experience working in housing, the last 18 of which have been in learning and development and qualifications. I have a great interest in professionalism, modern workplace learning and career development and I’m looking forward to sharing my experience with the next generation of housing professionals.
