The GEM Programme includes an accredited CIH qualification which is delivered from our own CIH Approved Centre. We are proud of our outstanding success rate.
GEMs complete the CIH Level Four Certificate in Housing, which is designed to give a broad overview of the sector and is an extension of the support provided by the programme to help GEMs thrive in their careers as housing professionals.

Sustainability in Housing
Finance in Housing
GEMs can also attend the CIH National Conference as delegates. They are also encouraged to apply for Concessionary Membership of the CIH.
